Frozen Yogurt Fruit Pops

Here’s a fun, low-sugar treat that you can make with your little sweethearts to celebrate Valentine’s Day together. Yummy heart-shaped Frozen Yogurt Fruit Pops! We love going to the frozen yogurt store every once in a while for a special outing, but these are so easy to make at home to have on hand anytime your heart desires. Not only do you save money, but you know that you aren’t getting any of the chemicals that they put into store-bought frozen yogurt.

Yogurt is high in protein and calcium so it helps build strong muscles and bones. It also has lots of probiotics, which keep your belly healthy and helps keep you from getting sick. Since Talia is dairy-free we like to use coconut yogurt. It’s just as delicious as regular yogurt and still has all of the healthy probiotics, but without the dairy.

These are a great treat for the summertime as well. Keep them in the freezer for a quick and easy snack to cool down after a hot day playing in the sun.

Thanks so much for watching! We hope that you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day celebrating your LOVE with your sweethearts! If you like these videos please subscribe to our channel!

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup fresh fruit (strawberries, mango, blackberries, etc.)
  2. 1/2 cup plain, organic yogurt (use coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Pour mixture into fun heart-shaped (or other shapes, depending on the occasion) ice cube trays.
  3. Put in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm.
  4. Place small wooden popsicle sticks in the middle of each cube.
  5. Then, put into the freezer for 2-3 hours.
  6. Enjoy!
Optional
  1. Add a little honey if you'd like it to be a little sweeter. We find fruit like mango to be naturally sweet enough, but you might like to add more sweetness if you are using tart fruits.
