The Tastiest Gluten Free Christmas Cookies for the Holiday Season

It’s the most wonderful time of the year…Christmas cookie time! School is winding down for the holidays and we have lots of gifts to prepare for our amazing teachers and all the special people in our lives. So we have been in the kitchen baking and baking lots of cookies! One of our favorite cookies are pizzelles. Our mom grew up making these Italian cookies with our grandma every year as a child. Now she makes them with us! They are like little crispy waffles dusted with powdered sugar and look just like snowflakes. We’ve made tins of them for all our teachers and neighbors. But why stop at one cookie, when you can make many?! And who can resist chocolate at this time of the year (or any time of the year, for that matter?!) These chocolate clusters and bark recipes are super easy and make a nice addition to the tins of pizzelles.
