We had a lot of fun making these brownies. They are our mom’s favorite dessert! Follow along with us and we’ll show you how easy they are to make. They are refined sugar-free (we used honey to sweeten them…although you can use maple syrup instead) and paleo-friendly. We hope you love them as much as we do!
We try to use all organic ingredients. Look how beautiful the bright orange shredded sweet potatoes are!
You can make them with walnuts or without. We like them crunchy.
We just gobble them up!

- 1 grated sweet potato
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 2 eggs
- Lots of Love
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour into the pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until a fork comes out clean.
