Avocado Chocolate Pudding with Good On Ya Restaurant in Encinitas, CA

We visited with Kris Buchanan over at Good On Ya Restaurant in Encinitas, CA. She taught us how to make Avocado Chocolate Pudding! It’s super yummy and chocolatey and also good for your body too! 

Avocados can protect your eyes and are good for your heart. They are loaded with vitamins, fiber, potassium, and healthy fats that help your body absorb all these important nutrients. We scooped out the avocado and blended it with vanilla, honey, a little sea salt, and the special ingredient, raw cacao.

Cacao is high in antioxidants which help clean out any yucky gunk that might be stuck in your body’s cells. Plus it tastes reeeeeally good!

Ingredients
  1. 2 ripe avocados
  2. 1/4 cup honey (or to taste)
  3. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  4. 1 teaspoon organic vanilla
  5. 4 tablespoons raw cacao
  6. Lots of Love
Instructions
  1. Pulse on high until blended.
  2. Put in refrigerator to chill.
  3. Eat plain or with your favorite toppings...like berries, granola, etc.
