Dairy-free Gameday Nachos

Are you excited and all ready for the big game? Game time is family time in our house. We love to snuggle on the couch and cheer for our favorite team. And of course, we love to have lots of healthy snacks to nibble on while we watch!

These Dairy-free Gameday Nachos are a favorite snack, any day of the week. The dairy-free “cheese” is made out of cashews and tastes delicious!

Nutritional yeast is what gives this “cheese” its cheesy flavor. Nutritional yeast is a super food that is full of protein and lots of vitamins, especially B vitamins. That means that it helps gives you strength and helps your body make your food into energy. It’s a great immune booster too, so it helps to keep you from getting sick. Plus, it’s gluten free!

These nachos are a far cry from traditional nachos drowning in processed cheese and overcooked toppings. They are filled with fresh, whole veggies and beans that are vibrantly colorful and super tasty.

We hope that you have a lot of fun cheering for your team! Enjoy your family and friend time… and enjoy your healthy snacks!
